PE-backed CCC Information goes on the block: Bloomberg

CCC Information Services Inc is up for sale in a deal that could value the company at $3 billion, according to Bloomberg. CCC, of Chicago, provides software for auto insurance claims. The company is backed by TPG and Leonard Green & Partners, which are working with an adviser to find a buyer for CCC, the story said.
