Montreal-based CellCarta, formerly Caprion-HistoGeneX, has acquired Reveal Biosciences, a San Diego, California-based computational pathology company. No financial terms were disclosed. Reveal previously raised financing from GNI Group, Intel Capital and PP Capital. CellCarta, a provider of precision medicine laboratory services, is backed by Arsenal Capital Partners.
