Also, Culligan has sold Seven Seas Water, an operating segment of AquaVenture to Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners. Culligan will retain the Quench operating segment of AquaVenture. No financial terms were disclosed.

Additionally, Culligan announced that it has divested Seven Seas Water, an operating segment of AquaVenture, to Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners.
