CHICAGO, Nov. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the closing of a transaction between Premier Dermatology and Forefront Dermatology, resulting in the addition of Premier’s six Illinois based dermatology clinics to Forefront’s Midwest dermatology network. BGL’s Healthcare & Life Sciences team served as the exclusive financial advisor to Premier Dermatology in the transaction. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Crest Hill, Illinois, Premier Dermatology (PD) is one of the largest independent dermatology practices in Illinois. The full-service practice consists of ten providers in six offices and offers an integrated suite of services, including medical and surgical dermatology, cosmetic surgery, and a diverse set of aesthetic services and products.
Forefront Dermatology (FF) is one of the five largest dermatology practices in the United States. Headquartered in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, the FF network consists of 115 providers in more than 70 clinic locations across nine states, including Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, and Ohio.
