PE-backed Fortis Solutions acquires Profecta Labels

Fortis Solutions Group, which is backed by Harvest Partners, has acquired St-Hubert, Quebec-based Profecta Labels Inc, a flexographic and digital manufacturer of labels and flexible packaging printing.
