Based in Atlanta, DentalPost is a provider of human resources solutions for dental professionals and practices; New Albany, Indiana-based SmartBox Dental is a digital marketing and management agency providing services to dental practices; and Local Search for Dentists is an internet-based dental marketing business located in Austin, Texas.

SmartBox Founder and CEO Colin Receveur has joined itrac’s board of directors post-closing.
