Hailey, Idaho-based Marketron, a provider of enterprise revenue management and digital software solutions, has named Jim Howard as CEO and Jimshade Chaudhari as senior vice president, product. Howard is an ex-operating partner at Diversis Capital while Chaudhari worked at Sling TV. Marketron is owned by Diversis Capital.

Jim Howard takes the helm as Chief Executive Officer and Jimshade Chaudhari has been chosen as Senior Vice President, Product.

Howard is a highly experienced technology executive, entrepreneur and private equity investor. He most recently served as an operating partner for Diversis Capital, the private equity firm which acquired Marketron in 2018. He previously was the founder and CEO of CrownPeak Technology, the first cloud provider of Web Content Management, a Partner at USWeb/CKS and a founding member of one of the first digital agencies, W3-design.

Previous to Sling TV, he held executive product and marketing positions at DISH Network and Sprint.
