Mercer Advisors Inc, which is backed by Oak Hill Capital and Genstar Capital, has acquired Denver-based Jordan Financial Strategies, a wealth management firm.

Kristy R. Jordan founded Jordan in 1998.

David Barton, vice chairman of Mercer Advisors, who led the acquisition of Jordan on behalf of Mercer Advisors, said in a statement, “Kristy has built a solid business with a strong team. She leads with financial planning as we do, and we could not be more excited about Kristy and her team joining Mercer Advisors.”
