Roofing Supply Group, a portfolio company of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, said Thursday that it has named Shaun Mara as the company’s new CFO. Prior to joining Roofing Supply Group, Mara served as CFO at Dean Foods. Based in Dallas, Texas, Roofing Supply Group is a provider of roofing supplies and related building materials.
DALLAS, Aug. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Roofing Supply Group, LLC (“RSG”), a national leader in the wholesale distribution of roofing supplies and related building materials, announced today the appointment of Shaun Mara as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer.
Mara is joining Roofing Supply Group from Dean Foods, where he was CFO and part of a leadership team that created over $2 billion in shareholder value during his tenure. Mara was also formerly with Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company and The Gillette Company where he held various positions in the US and Western Europe including Senior VP of Finance, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.
In addition to other impressive accomplishments during his esteemed 27-year career, Mara was recognized as a finalist of the 2012 North Texas CFO of the Year award presented by the Dallas Business Journal.
