Investment bank Peel Hunt has named Mark Barrow as head of private equity coverage. Previously, he worked at Zeus Capital where he was also head of private equity coverage.
Peel Hunt, the investment bank, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Barrow as Head of Private Equity Coverage within its growing Investment Banking division.
With 24 years of Corporate Finance experience, 19 years of which has been focused on UK mid-market financial sponsors, Mark joins Peel Hunt from Zeus Capital where he was also Head of Private Equity Coverage.
Mark has extensive experience working in senior Corporate Finance positions, having formerly been a Founding Managing Director at Lincoln International and Head of Private Equity Coverage at Close Brothers (now DC Advisory), where he successfully grew the teams and spearheaded a number of Private Equity IPOs, public-to-privates, debt raises and M&A transactions.
Having originated and executed a number of key private equity mandates across a wide range of sectors, Mark will be responsible for leading Peel Hunt’s private equity relationships and accelerating the growth of its client base by introducing relevant sector and product teams and maintaining a constant focus on private equity firms.
