Canadian private equity firm Phoenix Partners has raised more than C$100 million in the close of its second fund. Phoenix Partners Fund II’s investors included Fonds de solidarité FTQ. It will focus on acquiring majority positions in Quebec-based companies in the manufacturing, distribution and consumer products sectors to support their growth.
