Polaris Venture Partners has sold Cushcraft Corp. to The Laird Group PLC (LSE: LARD.L) for $89.75 million in cash. Cushcraft is a Manchester, N.H.-based supplier of antenna solutions for the wireless networking and communication market. Polaris acquired a majority stake in September 2003. www.cushcraft.com
