SK Capital Partners sells Tri-Tex assets to Polyventive

Polyventive has acquired the surfactants and dyes and pigments businesses of Tri-Tex, as well as Trichromatic-West, together a Saint-Eustache, Quebec-based specialty chemicals producer.
