Susquehanna Private Equity Investments is seeking a private equity analyst. This is a newly-formed fund focused on middle-market opportunities in the United States. The hire will be a full member of the investment team, working closely with senior deal professionals at every stage of the investment process. Duties include deal sourcing, due diligence, execution and portfolio management. Candidates should have two to three years of experience at an investing bank or consulting firm, with significant financial modeling experience, as well as an outgoing personality and willingness to market the firm. Fortress Investment Group has an opening for a private equity analyst, senior housing/real estate. The hire will analyze and execute investment and asset management strategies, develop financial models, perform ad hoc forecasting, conduct diligence and participate in strategic planning and budget processes.
