Lloyd Jones Capital is looking to hire a chief financial officer, to be responsible for all corporate financial operations, including accounting and tax planning decisions. The CFO is also involved in the investment process, including underwriting, debt and equity negotiation and closings. In addition, the hire will oversee the accounting and asset management departments, ensuring tax compliance and timely investor reporting. Qualifications include experience in investment real estate, preferably multifamily; advanced degree and CPA preferred. The hire will evaluate and execute middle-market private equity investments and assist in managing the firm’s portfolio companies. Duties include sourcing and reviewing fund investment opportunities, participating in the due diligence and investment approval process, legal negotiations and closings. Neuberger Berman has an opening for a private equity analyst. Responsibilities include monitoring and helping to maintain Salesforce CRM database, tracking current and historical key metrics of portfolio companies, and heavy Excel and PowerPoint work preparing pitchbooks, marketing decks and business plans. Candidates should have one to two years of experience at a top-tier investment bank, management consultancy, or leading asset management company. The position is located in New York.

Deloitte is in the market for strategy and operations M&A senior consultants to serve as trusted advisors to clients in both the corporate and private equity space. Candidates must have M&A or M&A service delivery experience, including developing work plans for components of engagements and designing deliverable content to reflect the engagement contract. A minimum of five years’ consulting and/or industry experience is also required. The position is available in multiple locations.

Forest Hills Capital Management is hiring private equity business development sales professionals to represent the firm with family offices, high net worth individuals and business owners. The role involves contacting current and potential clients by phone, email and social media, as well as networking with industry professionals.
