The core focus of the Valuations & Performance Group is to evaluate, analyze and summarize valuation and performance results for Blackstone’s portfolios on a regular basis. Other duties may include supporting the broader finance and investor relations teams on an ad hoc basis in dealing with clients and investors and in fulfilling management requests. The hire will administer a series of private funds and other similar accounts managed by MDB, monitor and maintain compliance with credit facilities, prepare investor correspondence and related analyses, review financial statements and work with accountants to resolve questions, and track/report detailed performance metrics. The Prudential Insurance Company‘s Alternative Asset Group is looking to hire a senior associate, private equity funds and co-investments. The successful candidate will aid portfolio managers in all aspects of sourcing, underwriting and diligence for primary fund investments, co-investments and secondary investments. He/she will also perform ongoing monitoring, analysis and reporting of investments as well as the aggregate portfolio, and conduct market, industry and strategy research. Requirements include at least seven years of relevant work experience, including at least three years investing in private equity funds and co-investments.
