Private Equity Jobs of the Week: Partners Group, Z Capital, Deutsche Bank are hiring

Partners Group is searching for an investment analyst, private equity direct investments. Responsibilities include: performing due diligence, including financial modeling, industry research, operational analysis, and transaction structuring; writing deal team recommendations for presentation to the investment committee; working with deal captains to develop investment theses; interfacing with service providers and financial sponsors; and, various tasks related to investment monitoring and product reporting. Candidates need two to three years of investment banking experience or comparable. The position is located in Denver.

Z Capital Group is in the market for a senior associate, private equity. The hire will perform financial analysis, provide analytical support, assist in the development, execution and maintenance of business plans, conduct due diligence, and work with senior management to enhance the value of portfolio companies. Requirements include at least three of experience in financial modeling, investment banking M&A or private equity; strong preference for middle-market PE transaction experience. The position is located in Chicago.

Deutsche Bank Asset Management is seeking a capital markets specialist at the assistant vice president or vice president level in its alternatives division. The hire will be responsible for providing research and strategy coverage of U.S. real estate capital markets. This will include analyzing transaction activity and pricing trends across the four quadrants of real estate, including public and private debt and equity. A minimum of five years of experience is required. The position is located in New York.

Houlihan Lokey is on the hunt for an associate, corporate finance (technology, media & telecom). The successful candidate will prepare, analyze and explain historical and projected financial information; coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactions; prepare confidential memoranda, management presentations, and marketing pitches; value companies and businesses; and build relationships and maintain direct contact with client, prospective clients and professional advisers. Investment banking or directly related experience as a financial analyst or associate is highly preferred. The position is located in New York.

GreenOak is looking to hire an investor relations associate. The successful candidate will provide project management and administrative support to the investor relations and capital raising team, acting as the first line of interface with investors. Qualifications include two years of experience; exposure to private equity a plus. The position is located in Santa Monica.
