The hire will be responsible for providing research and strategy coverage of U.S. real estate capital markets. This will include analyzing transaction activity and pricing trends across the four quadrants of real estate, including public and private debt and equity. A minimum of five years of experience is required. The position is located in New York.
Houlihan Lokey is on the hunt for an associate, corporate finance (technology, media & telecom). The successful candidate will prepare, analyze and explain historical and projected financial information; coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactions; prepare confidential memoranda, management presentations, and marketing pitches; value companies and businesses; and build relationships and maintain direct contact with client, prospective clients and professional advisers.
