Apollo Global Management LLC is looking to hire a private equity associate. The associate works with a principal and partner in lean deal teams to evaluate investment opportunities across core industry verticals including chemicals, manufacturing & industrials, natural resources, consumer & retail, consumer services, business services, financial services, leisure, media, telecommunications & technology and other sectors. The hire must analyze diligence data, scrutinize business trends, construct investment models and present an investment thesis and analyses to senior investment professionals. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with an exceptional record of academic achievement and at least two years of experience in investment banking. The position is in New York City.

Stonyrock Partners is searching for a private equity associate for its investment team. The hire will work directly with Stonyrock’s senior team on all aspects of investment-related matters, including conducting research on GPs, portfolio companies, business sectors and investment strategies. Also, he or she will build, maintain and review detailed dynamic financial models and prepare valuation analysis materials. Candidates should have a college degree or foreign equivalent and three to seven years of experience providing complex analytical support including creating and reviewing valuation and other financial analyses in support of due diligence activities. The position is in New York City.

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks a private equity associate with three to five years of experience to join its corporate team. Candidates should have experience in sophisticated private merger and acquisition transactions (including private equity and venture capital investing) as well as solid drafting, negotiating and deal skills. Experience in public company M&A is a plus, but not required. NY Bar membership is required. This position is New York city.
