GCM Grosvenor has an opening for a private equity analyst. The hire will be involved in all aspects of PE investment, including due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio monitoring. Bachelor’s degree in economics or finance preferred; one to two years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting or commercial lending as an analyst required. Neuberger Berman is in the market for a pre-MBA associate to work as part of the global Secondary Private Equity Team. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, performing in-depth valuation analysis of private companies and PE portfolios, structuring transactions and negotiating purchase agreements, and monitoring investments through attending annual meetings of PE firms. Two years at a top-tier investment banking program are required, along with excellent academic credentials. The position is located in New York.

UBS is looking for a director, investment banking. The hire will focus on restructuring, working across all industries on advisory assignments which include distressed M&A, debt and equity capital raising, amendments, exchange offers and more. The team will also seek to represent companies, creditors, owners and other key stakeholders in restructuring transactions for public and private companies, both out of court and in bankruptcy. Three to five years of experience in restructuring for an investment bank, advisory firm or law firm are required. The position is located in New York.

Boston Consulting Group is searching for a sector manager, private equity. The successful candidate will track private equity deal flow, stay-up-to date on developments with both funds and portfolio companies, and play an active role in driving portfolio work with BCG’s priority clients. At least five years of industry experience, or three years of consulting experience in a related field, are required. The position is located in New York.

KPMG is seeking an associate to join its private equity group. Responsibilities include delivering and building corporate organization structures of PE firms and their portfolio companies using various data sources, facilitating the audit clearance process by helping to ensure data quality and accuracy, and monitoring and facilitating acquisitions and divestitures. A minimum of three years of research and analysis experience, preferably within a professional services environment, is required. The position is located in New York.
