Private Equity Jobs of the Week: Wind Point, Tritium and Ardenton are hiring

A weekly roundup of jobs in the private equity industry – from buyout shops to venture capital funds to investment banks.

Ardenton Capital is on the hunt for a director of private equity. The hire will be responsible for all aspects of the acquisition of portfolio investments including origination, transaction process, due diligence and completion. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; an MBA or CPA is strongly preferred. He or she should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in M&A, preferably in private equity or corporate M&A, but investment banking or consulting will also be considered. The position is in Dallas.

Tritium Partners is searching for a vice president for its investment team. The hire will be involved in all aspects of private equity investing including sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, performing due diligence, negotiating deal terms, executing transactions and providing ongoing support to portfolio companies. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of direct investing experience in private equity; and at least two years of investment banking or management consulting experience. A degree from a top-tier undergraduate program and an MBA from a leading business school are preferred. The position is in Austin.

Wind Point Partners is seeking an associate. The hire will take an active role in researching and evaluating new investment opportunities, working with potential and existing executives, executing new deals and working with portfolio companies. Associates typically have two to four years of investment banking, consulting or private equity experience. The position is in Chicago.

NaviMed Capital is looking to hire an associate. The hire will perform private equity investment analysis, source new investment opportunities, manage transaction diligence and execution, support portfolio analysis/monitoring and help support other key aspects of the business. He or she will be a member of a small investment team that evaluates all investment opportunities. Candidates must have a minimum of one to three years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, private equity financial sponsor consulting or other healthcare M&A experience. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Pre-MBA applicants only. The position requires a two-year commitment. The position is in Washington, D.C.
