Prudent Growth Partners has acquired Macon, Georgia-based Walnut Creek Plaza shopping center. The purchase price is $5.1 million.

Prudent Growth Partners, LLC, a Chapel Hill, NC based private equity real estate firm, recently completed its $5.1 million acquisition of the Walnut Creek Plaza shopping center, located at 1456 Gray Highway, Macon, GA 31211.
Built in 2000, the 36,000 square foot property is shadow-anchored by a Walmart Supercenter. Its current tenants include Dollar Tree, CATO, City Gear, GameStop and Shoe Show.
The Property benefits from its location on a major retail corridor and is surrounded by neighborhoods and residential housing.
