QD Vision Inc., a Watertown, Mass.-based developer of flat panel displays, has raised $5 million in Series B funding. Highland Capital Partners led the deal, and was joined by return backer North Bridge Venture Partners. VentureWire reports that the deal is being kept open for an additional $2 million in strategic commitments.
