Realtime Robotics attracts $11.7 mln Series A

Boston-based Realtime Robotics, a creator of responsive motion planning for industrial robots and autonomous vehicles, has raised $11.7 million in Series A funding. SPARX Asset Management led the round with participation from other investors that included Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Hyundai Motor Company, OMRON Ventures, Toyota AI Ventures, Scrum Ventures and the Duke Angel Network.
