Regimen Capital Partners invests in Thompson Valley Erectors

Thompson Valley Erectors Ltd has entered into an investment partnership with Canadian private equity firm Regimen Capital Partners. The deal was disclosed by corporate finance advisory firm Capital West Partners, which advised the company but did not disclose the terms. Based in Kamloops, British Columbia, Thompson Valley Erectors since 2005 has provided industrial construction and maintenance services to the mining, energy, pulp and paper and marine sectors. The partnership with Regimen will help drive further growth and expand the the company’s service capabilities. Based in Vancouver, Regimen invests in service and distribution businesses in western North America.

Capital West Completes Equity Partnership for Thompson Valley Erectors Ltd.

Capital West Partners, Western Canada’s independent corporate finance advisor, is pleased to announce the successful completion of an equity partnership between Thompson Valley Erectors (“TVE”) and Regimen Capital Partners.

Based in Kamloops, BC with operations in BC and Alberta, TVE is an industrial construction and maintenance provider servicing a wide array of customers in the mining, energy, pulp and paper and marine sectors. Since inception in 2005, the Company has expanded from a small regional business to a Company with a diverse customer base across numerous sectors in BC and Alberta. To help capitalize on the large number of future growth opportunities in Western Canada the shareholders elected to find an equity partner to help drive further growth and expand the service capabilities of the business.

Regimen Capital Partners invests in private, profitable service and distribution businesses based in Western North America. Regimen brings capital and qualified, passionate business partners together with established enterprises seeking growth or succession solutions. Regimen invests for the long term (15+ years) and is not required to sell its investments after a predetermined period. TVE is Regimen’s fourth investment.

In this transaction, Capital West Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to TVE in conducting a search for an equity partner and then negotiating and closing the new equity partnership for the Company.
