Resurgens invests in software firm Wellspring

Lightning Partners served as financial advisor to Wellspring on the deal.

Resurgens Technology Partners has made an investment in Wellspring, a provider of innovation and IP management software. No financial terms were disclosed.

The team at Resurgens will work alongside Wellspring’s management and existing investors MK Capital and Plymouth Growth to expand the company’s products and services, grow its go-to-market coverage and deepen existing customer relationships. Also, Resurgens will support Wellspring’s ongoing initiatives.

Lightning Partners served as financial advisor to Wellspring while Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisors. King and Spalding served as legal advisors to Resurgens.
