Riverside latest micro-cap fund closes at $650 mln

The Riverside Company said Sept. 21 that it completed fundraising for its latest micro-cap fund which closed at its $650 million hard cap. Riverside Micro-Cap Fund IV will invest in North American companies with up to $7 million of EBITDA. The target for RMCF IV was $500 million. Investors of the fund include Makena Capital, clients of Partners Capital Investment Group, State of Michigan Retirement System and clients of Willis Towers Watson.

CLEVELAND–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Riverside Company has completed fundraising for Riverside Micro-Cap Fund IV (RMCF IV). The international investment firm’s latest buyout fund closed at its hard cap with $650 million in capital commitments.

 

RMCF IV invests in fast-growing North American companies with generally up to $7 million of EBITDA.

 

RMCF Fund Manager Loren Schlachet said his team uses a time-tested approach.
