Riverside Partners, a private equity firm focused on healthcare and technology investments, has promoted Michelle Simon Noon and Max Osofsky to principal. Both joined the firm in 2008. Noon has completed investments in the software, communications equipment, precision manufacturing and renewable energy industries. Osofsky has worked on investments across the healthcare and technology sectors.

Riverside Partners is pleased to announce the promotions to Principal of
Michelle Simon Noon and Max Osofsky. “Our entire firm is extremely

Ms. Noon joined Riverside Partners as a Vice President in 2008 and has
been involved in all facets of the investment process, completing
investments in the software, communications equipment, precision
manufacturing and renewable energy industries. Prior to joining
Riverside, Michelle was an investment professional in the San Francisco
office of private equity firm Thoma Bravo. Before entering the private
equity industry, Michelle worked in the Investment Banking division of
Morgan Stanley in New York, focusing on the energy and utilities
industries. Michelle holds a Bachelor in Business Administration in
Finance and Business Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of
Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration, with distinction,
from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Osofsky brings more than nine years of private equity and strategy
consulting experience to the Riverside team, which he joined in 2008 as
a Vice President. Max has played a key role on numerous Riverside
Partners investments across the healthcare and technology industries.
Prior to joining Riverside, Max was a Vice President in the Boston
office of private equity firm Summit Partners. Prior to Summit
Partners, Mr. Osofsky spent 5 years in the Boston and San Francisco
offices of Bain & Company, a global strategy consulting firm. Max holds
a Bachelor of Science in Economics, summa cum laude, from The Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business
Administration from Harvard Business School.
