Riverside’s MNX buys Aero Express Logistics

MNX Global Logistics acquired Singapore-based third-party logistics provider Aero Express Logistics. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. MNX is owned by The Riverside Company.

SINGAPORE and IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — MNX Global Logistics today announced that it has acquired Singapore based third-party logistics (3PL) provider Aero Express Logistics (AEL). Founded in 2003, AEL is a key logistics player serving the specialized aviation and aerospace sector using Singaporeas a regional hub for their maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) work.
