Riverstone Holdings has put an undisclosed amount into Three Rivers Natural Resource Holdings II LLC, a private upstream oil and gas company based in Austin, Texas. Specifics were not released. The money will help Three Rivers II acquire certain assets located in the Permian Basin of West Texas from Meritage Energy, the company said.
