Rubicon Technology Partners has agreed to make a majority investment in Cin7, a provider of cloud-based inventory management software and point-of-sale solutions. No financial terms were disclosed.

The funding will be used to accelerate Cin7’s global growth strategy through product innovation, sales expansion and continued investment in customer success.

The investment is subject to approval from New Zealand’s Overseas Investment Office.
