Russo Named Partners at Three Ocean Partners

Three Ocean Partners has appointed Jennifer Doré Russo as Partner. Russo will focus on the Consumer & Retailing sector. Most recently, she was the Head of the Consumer/Retail practice at boutique investment banking firm Sonenshine Partners.

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Three Ocean Partners LLC today announced the appointment of Jennifer Doré Russo as Partner, expanding the firm’s team in New York. Ms. Russo will focus on the Consumer & Retailing sector and comes to the firm with over 20 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, private capital raising and corporate strategy.

Most recently, she was the Head of the Consumer/Retail practice at boutique investment banking firm Sonenshine Partners, which she joined in 2004. At Sonenshine, Ms. Russo advised clients across the consumer and retail space, spanning ecommerce, digital content, bricks-and-mortar, direct-to-consumer and wholesale companies in beauty, health & wellness, apparel & accessories, beverages, hard goods and many other categories.

Earlier in her career, she was a founding member of the London-based European financial sponsors coverage group at Citigroup. She began her career at the Blackstone Group in New York. Ms. Russo graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar. Ms. Russo serves on the Board of the Arts & Business Council of New York and is a member of the Trustees Council of Penn Women.
