Sentinel Capital Partners has acquired Austin-based Bandon Holdings, an Anytime Fitness franchisee in the Anytime Fitness. No financial terms were disclosed.
Bandon is an operator of 213 Anytime Fitness clubs and has more than 140,000 members.
Anytime Fitness, founded in 2002 and headquartered in Woodbury, Minnesota, is a fitness company and gym franchise, with more than 5,200 clubs in nearly 40 countries and territories.

Recent franchising investments include American West Restaurant Group, a franchisee of Pizza Huts; Vital Care, a franchisor of infusion therapy clinics; and The Recreational Group, the franchisor of Purchase Green artificial grass and lawn retail stores.
Sentinel specializes in buying and building midmarket businesses in the U.S. and Canada in partnership with management. Sentinel targets aerospace and defense, business services, consumer, distribution, food and restaurants, franchising, healthcare, and industrial businesses. Sentinel invests in management buyouts, recapitalizations, corporate divestitures, going-private transactions, and structured equity investments of established businesses with EBITDA of up to $80 million.
