Middle-market private equity firm Sentinel Capital Partners has acquired Chromalox Inc., a manufacturer of commercial and industrial electric heating products and solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Chromalox is based in Pittsburgh, and was advised by Harris Williams & Co..

Sentinel Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in promising
lower middle market companies, today announced it has acquired Chromalox, Inc., a
leading global branded manufacturer of commercial and industrial electric heating
products and solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Chromalox is a pioneer in precision heat
technology. Over its 90-year history, Chromalox has produced the world’s broadest line
of electric heat and control products, including heating components, immersion heaters,
circulation systems, heat transfer systems, boilers, industrial and comfort air heating,
