Susquehanna Growth Equity LLC has made an investment in Montreal-based LiveBarn, a subscription-streaming service for amateur and youth sports. No financial terms were disclosed. Susquehanna’s Scott Feldman, Jeff Steinberg, Aneesha Raghunathan and Dennis Kim will join the board. Earlier this year, LiveBarn received an investment from BDC Capital’s Growth Equity Fund.

Montreal, Canada May 11, 2021 —LiveBarn Inc. (“LiveBarn” or the “Company”), the leading subscription-based streaming service for amateur and youth sports, today announced that it has received a significant investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity, LLC (“SGE”), an entrepreneur-centric growth equity firm exclusively focused on internet, software, and information services companies. The financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.

LiveBarn provides Live & On-Demand broadcasting of amateur and youth sporting events so athletes, coaches, and fans never miss a moment of the game. Through its cutting-edge, patented technology and camera system, LiveBarn has grown 40% year over year and now broadcasts from over 1,000 sports venues across the United States and Canada, including hockey rinks, indoor court sports (volleyball & basketball), turf venues (soccer, lacrosse, football), baseball/softball fields, gymnastics, and aquatics. To date, LiveBarn has streamed over 50 million hours of amateur and youth sporting events.
