The Silverfern Group, a middle-market investment management firm, has named Dr. Torsten Köpke as a managing director at the firm’s Frankfurt office. Köpke is the former head of investment consulting for Aon Consulting Germany.
Frankfurt, Germany, May 17, 2018 — The Silverfern Group, an investment management firm making direct investments in middle market private equity, real estate and private debt globally, today announced that Dr. Torsten Köpke, the former Head of Investment Consulting for Aon Consulting Germany, has joined as a Managing Director in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Dr. Köpke has extensive experience in the fields of strategic asset allocation, asset-liability management and the assessment and selection of asset managers, including at Aon Consulting Germany, which is the largest pension and insurance company investment consultant in the country. He previously had been head of Watson Wyatt investment consulting and also worked with Feri Institutional Management.
At Silverfern, Dr. Köpke is responsible for bringing Silverfern’s investment products to institutional investors in Europe and worldwide.
