PRESS RELEASE
Silverfleet Capital, the European private equity firm, has today announced the appointment of Sumit Dheir and Jakob Wagner. They have joined Silverfleet’s London team as Investment Executives.
Sumit Dheir, who is British, was formerly at Greenhill & Co. in London as an Associate in the M&A Advisory Team. Jakob Wagner, who is from Denmark, was formerly at Moelis & Company in London as an Associate in the M&A Advisory Team.
The appointments result in Silverfleet expanding its investment team to 23 professionals in total, based in three locations – London, Munich and Paris.
Silverfleet has made four investments in the last twelve months including: Phase One, a manufacturer of ultra-high-end medium format cameras, based in Copenhagen and Silverfleet’s second Danish deal in a year. The firm has also invested in CCC, a German provider of outsourced customer contact services in December 2013; Ipes, a Guernsey-based private equity fund administration business in August 2013; and Cimbria, a Danish seed and grain processing equipment manufacturer in April 2013.
Neil MacDougall, Managing Partner at Silverfleet Capital, commented:
“These two appointments continue the development of our London deal team, having hired an Analyst last October. Sumit and Jakob will help us to support our expanded portfolio as well as to analyse the high level of new investment opportunities we continue to see. We are delighted to welcome both of them into our team.”
