Sole Source-backed Peak Technologies buys Siena Analytics

Peak Technologies, a portfolio company of Sole Source Capital LLC, has acquired Franklin, Massachusetts-based Siena Analytics, a provider of supply chain and logistics analytics software and artificial intelligence solutions. No financial terms were disclosed.

Headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, Peak Technologies is a system integrator of digital supply chain, retail and mobile workforce solutions.

Founded in 2016 by David Fredston, Sole Source Capital invests in fragmented, high-growth industrial subsectors. The private equity firm is headquartered in Dallas.
