Sole Source-backed Peak Technologies buys Siena Analytics

Peak Technologies, a portfolio company of Sole Source Capital LLC, has acquired Franklin, Massachusetts-based Siena Analytics, a provider of supply chain and logistics analytics software and artificial intelligence solutions. No financial terms were disclosed.

Headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, Peak Technologies is a system integrator of digital supply chain, retail and mobile workforce solutions.

Siena Analytics founder and CEO John Dwinell will remain in his current role.

With Peak’s current supply chain and logistics solutions, the Siena analytics suite will support emerging opportunities in micro-fulfillment and provide mobile and retail visibility in the omni-channel supply chain,” said Tony Rivers, CEO of Peak Technologies, in a statement.

Founded in 2016 by David Fredston, Sole Source Capital invests in fragmented, high-growth industrial subsectors. The private equity firm is headquartered in Dallas.
