Southlake Equity Group has sold Fort Worth, Texas-based Waples Manufacturing, Inc., which provides precision machined services for the oil and gas market, to an investor group led by Banyan Investment Partners. Quarton Partners worked as the exclusive financial advisor to Waples in the deal.
