Valet Waste has added Steven Weilbach as one of its directors. Weilbach, based in San Francisco, is national head of multifamily for Cushman & Wakefield. Valet Waste is a portfolio company of private equity firm New Mountain Capital.
Tampa, FL June 6, 2012 — Valet Waste announced today that Steven Weilbach will be joining its Board of Directors. Based in San Francisco, Mr. Weilbach is a 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry with extensive experience in the multifamily property sector. At present, Mr. Weilbach is the National Head of Multifamily for Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing its US investment sales group where he is responsible for directing strategic initiatives, business development and client services. Previously, he was Principal, Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer for Pacific Property Company. It was during his tenure with Pacific that the firm acquired over 100 multifamily properties valued at more than $2.4 billion, many in joint ventures with the leading institutional equity investors in the multifamily space.
