Sun Capital acquires Flexitech

Sun Capital Partners has acquired Flexitech Holding SAS, a maker of brake hose products for the automotive sector. No financial terms were disclosed.

We are pleased to announce that an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Flexitech Holding SAS (“Flexitech”), the leading global designer and supplier of high quality brake hose products for the automotive industry.

Flexitech supplies a range of high quality brake hose products, as well as extensive product design, engineering and testing services to leading international automotive original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”) including BMW, Daimler, Fiat-Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, JLR, Peugeot Citroën, Renault-Nissan and Volkswagen. Flexitech operates its own facilities in France (headquarters), Romania, the United States, Mexico and Brazil, and supports its customers through local partners in China and India.
