Buyout shop Symphony Technology Group aims to buy up all the shares of Aldata Solution that it does not yet own. The firm is offering to buy the Finnish retail software company at 0.61 euro per share, a 30% premium, Reuters reported. The firm currently holds a 36% stake in the company.
(Reuters) – Private equity firm Symphony Technology Group said it would offer to buy the shares it doesn’t already own in Aldata Solution , a Finnish retail and distribution software company, at a 30 percent premium.
Symphony said it would offer 0.61 euro per share in Aldata, in which it already has a stake of around 36 percent. Aldata shares closed on Monday at 0.47 euro.
