Sverica Capital Management has made an investment in Boston-based Gryphon Networks Corp, a provider of sales performance management and compliance software. No financial terms were disclosed.
ZMC has made an investment in CommentSold Inc, a provider of multi-channel social commerce technology and managed services to boutique online retailers. No financial terms were disclosed. Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Evercore acted as legal adviser and financial adviser to CommentSold, respectively. And, Lowenstein Sandler LLP provided legal advice to ZMC.
The Riverside Company has sold Franklin, Tennessee-based Censis Technologies, a provider of SaaS-based surgical instrument tracking and workflow solutions for sterile processing departments of hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers. The buyer was Fortive Corporation. No financial terms were disclosed. Piper Jaffray & Co., Software Equity Group, Jones Day and Deloitte advised Riverside and Censis on the deal.
ATB Financial has acquired the technology assets of Vancouver, British Columbia-based fintech company Grow Technologies Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. The acquired assets include Grow's digital account and loan origination platform as well as other digital banking technology solutions. Deloitte Corporate Finance Inc provided financial advice to ATB on this transaction.
Blackstone is acquiring MagicLab, a builder and operator of dating and social networking apps that include Bumble and Badoo. The deal puts MagicLab at a valuation of about $3 billion. Citi Global Capital Markets Inc. is serving as an financial adviser to MagicLab on the transaction. And, Baker McKenzie is serving as legal adviser to the majority shareholders of MagicLab while Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is providing legal advice to Blackstone.

Registrar Corp, a provider of U.S. Food and Drug Administration compliance software and services to FDA-regulated facilities, has made two acquisitions: K Squared International LLC and Registration and Licensing Systems Inc, both of which provide product listing services to domestic and foreign FDA-regulated facilities. No financial terms were disclosed. Registrar is a portfolio company of Bertram Capital.
Seismic has acquired Percolate, a marketing campaign orchestration and content management platform. No financial terms were disclosed. Percolate's backers include GGV Capital, Sequoia, Lightspeed and Capital IP Investment Partners.
Staple Street Capital said Nov. 6 that an affiliate acquired Cyberlink ASP Technology Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Cyberlink, of Dallas, is a managed IT services firm providing cloud, managed application, network, storage, desktop and security services.
