Noront agrees to be acquired by Tattarang’s Wyloo Metals

Noront Resources, a Toronto-based mining company operating in North Ontario's Ring of Fire, has agreed to be acquired by Wyloo Metals, an affiliate of Australian private investment firm Tattarang.
