Team Oil Tools, which is backed by Intervale Capital, has acquired Chancellor Oil Tool. Financial terms weren’t announced. Bakersfield, Calif.-based Chancellor is a quick-turnaround maker and installer of liner hangers, liner packers, cement heads, running tools and casing accessories.
