The Warranty Group Names Thomas Warsop CEO

The Warranty Group, a Chicago-based firm that produces service contracts and employs 1,800 people, has named Thomas Warsop its CEO, effective next month. Warsop was most recently a group president at the publicly traded financial services technology company Fiserv.


The Warranty Group today announced the appointment of Thomas Warsop as chief executive officer, effective August 6, 2012. In addition, Mr. Warsop will be elected to the company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Warsop served most recently as group president, distribution and sales at Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), where he was responsible for its Depository Institution Services group operations, innovation and relationships with Fiserv account processing clients, and oversight of its global sales organization.
