Circle Cardiovascular Imaging, a Calgary-based provider of cardiovascular imaging software solutions, agreed to a growth investment from US private equity firm Thoma Bravo. No financial terms were released for the deal, which is expected to close in Q2 2022. Circle CVI is presently venture capital-backed, counting among its investors BDC Capital, Epic Capital Management, Foundation Equity, Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and Yaletown Partners.
