Thoma Bravo’s plans to buy Instructure stumbles: Reuters

Thoma Bravo’s plans to acquire Instructure, a provider of educational software, has hit a roadblock, reported Bloomberg. The cause cited for the stumble is that “the investors balked at the original terms.” Now it’ll be Thoma Bravo’s decision whether to increase its takeover bid or to drop the deal.
