TPG to seek $3 bln for second Rise fund: Bloomberg

TPG is targeting $3 billion for its second social impact fund, according to Bloomberg. TPG will start raising capital for the pool next year, the story said. TPG collected $2 billion for its first Rise Fund in 2017.
