Triton-backed Seves Group sells glass block unit Vitrablok

Triton-backed Seves Group has sold its glass block division Vitrablok to ASL Investment Sàrl. No financial terms were disclosed. Lincoln International served as financial adviser to Vitrablok on the transaction. Based in Duchcov, Czech Republic, Vitrablok is a provider of glass blocks for interior and exterior architectural applications.

Lincoln International was able to successfully work on this international assignment with a combined team from Italy and Germany and leverage its access to a global investor base. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
