Turnbridge Capital Partners has acquired Cimarron Energy Inc., which makes oil and gas production and processing equipment. The firm made the acquisition from Curtiss-Wright Corporation.
Turnbridge Capital Partners (“Turnbridge”), an energy focused private equity firm with offices in Dallas and Houston, announced today that it has acquired Cimarron Energy Inc. (“Cimarron”) from Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW). Cimarron is a leading manufacturer of oil and natural gas production and processing equipment, providing separation, flowback, and environmental products to oil and natural gas exploration and production companies throughout the United States.
